Shipping

How do you ship packages?

K.U. is proud to offer international shipping services to over 200 countries worldwide. It is our pleasure to bring you the best quality products along with unmatched customer service. Packages from our warehouse overseas will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you via email.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us via email stating with your order number.

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. There is no extra cost to you.

 

My tracking information says "no information at the moment" what does this mean?

it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us via email with your order number.

Paint By Number Kits

What age range is suitable for the paint by number kits?

Our paint by kits are designed for all ages, with options suitable for kids as young as 4 years old to adults.

What type of paint is provided with the paint kits?

Each kit comes with acrylic paint to provide you with the best results on your canvas. Paint should not be consumed orally at any time for any reason.

 Do the kits come with brushes and other painting tools?

Yes, each kit comes with everything you need to complete the painting, including brushes, numbered paint, photo of the finished design and a printed canvas.

How long does it typically take to complete a painting?

The time it takes to complete a painting varies depending on the complexity of the design and individual painting speed, but most people finish within a few hours to a couple of days.

 Can these kits be gifted?

Absolutely! Our paint by kits make wonderful gifts for friends and family who enjoy art or are looking for a creative outlet. Order as many as you need here.

Can these kits be used by beginners?

Absolutely! Our paint by kits are perfect for beginners and experienced painters alike. The designs are pre-printed on the canvas, making it easy to follow along and create beautiful artwork.

How many designs are included in each paint by number kit?

Each kit includes one design.

 Do you offer custom designs for these kits?

Currently, we don’t offer custom designs, but we’re always open to suggestions for new designs from our customers. Please send your feedback/suggestions HERE .

Returns

What is your return policy?  

We strive to provide you with the best products and service possible. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day full money back guarantee. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds. Please contact our customer service team with your order number and product information. Email info@kreativeuniversity.net to initiate the process.

What is your return policy for digital products?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

What is the exchange policy?

We do not offer exchanges on Paint by Number kits. If you wish to receive a different design or product, please initiate a return as outlined in our policy and place a new order for the desired item.

My item(s) arrived damaged, now what?

Unfortunately, once paint kits leave the warehouse, how they are handled in transit to you is out of our control. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
